Please read the following important information carefully before getting started:

  • If you need more than one screen replacement, you must fill out the form for each screen.
  • We will review your claim within five days and contact you regarding its status. If approved, you can expect your replacement screen(s) within 10-14 business days of the date that your claim was submitted.
  • You will be required to attach three separate photos to the claim form: one of the screen in your window, one closeup of the label on the side of your screen, and one photo of the damaged area.
  • IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: You will not be charged for the replacement screen(s), but our warranty requires that you pay for the shipping and handling. Keep in mind that even though our screens are not heavy, they are large and bulky, which adds significantly to shipping costs for all carriers. Please understand that you will be charged only and exactly what the shipping service charges us, and no additional fees will be applied on our end.
